Welcome to Sense Scotland's ICT Servicedesk
The ICT Team are here and ready to support you....
Within this site you will be able to notify us of incidents, raise service requests and browse solution articles and help guides.
As you can see above, you can report incidents, raise new service requests, view your existing and past tickets, and browse a wealth of solution articles to help you get started.
You don't even have to log in to get started as Freddy is always on hand to offer a friendly paw and answer all of your questions.
Remember, don't forget to provide feedback on our service; good or bad. It is always a pleasure to hear from you and learn how we can improve our service.
Additional advice and useful information:
If you currently use, or intend to use, a VPN on your personal devices (laptops, mobile phones, tablets etc) and wish to access Sense Scotland data (emails, Teams, etc) then you must set the VPN location within the UK otherwise your login attempts will fail and you won't be able to access your data.
Finally, please do not email or message individual ICT Team members directly about your incident or service request. It is always best practice to raise a ticket directly with the Servicedesk or email the Servicedesk at ict@sensescotland.org.uk. This will allow us to deal with your issue more effectively and will prevent vital and important information being lost or missed.
