Using Teams for group training purposes
We know that Teams is great for meetings but sometimes when you are in the middle of a training session and have an open PowerPoint presentation you sometimes lose sight of your trainees and are no longer able to see chat messages or who may or may not have a hand raised.
Fear not! We have a fix!
Instead of opening your presentation and then sharing your screen, try uploading the PowerPoint Presentation document to the meeting instead.
To do this, follow these steps.
Step 1 - share your screen
Step 2 - Click on BROWSE and search for your training document
Step 3 - Once you have found your presentation, highlight it and select OPEN
step 4 - You are now sharing your presentation with the other meeting attendees. As you can see, you can see the list of meeting participants and who may or may not have a hand raised.
