LearnPro Log in Issue

Are you having authentication issues when logging in to your LearnPro account?

Issue:

Solution:

Open Staff HomePage
Go to top right hand corner and click on Account Manager then select View Account
You should be asked to enter an MFA authentication code
Once entered the LearnPro link should work.

If you still can't log in, please create a ticket and provide answers to the following questions:

Is the device you are using to log in a Sense Scotland or private device?
If Sense Scotland, what is the device name (Finding your Computer Name | Knowledge Base | ICT Servicedesk (sensescotland.org.uk))?
What browser are you using (MS Edge, Google Chrome etc)?
Can you try opening the link in an InPrivate/Incognito window and say if login is successful then.
