Blurred windows pop-ups when saving image ('save as')

Noticed that few of the users recently had an issue whereby when they 'save as' an image, a pop-up appears which is blurry compared to everything else around it? Only the pop-up seem to be blurry and it only happens with all windows pop-ups apart from the file explorer, pictures folders.

Found two solutions for this.

Solution 1:

Press Windows key and type Cleartype
Select Adjust Cleartype text
When the Cleartype Text Tuner control panel opensc, make sure the box next to "Turn on Cleartype" is checked and then follow the steps.

Solution 2:

Press windows key and type display settings
Open display settings app from search results
Scroll down to Scale and Layout
Click on Advanced scaling settings
Enter the current scaling factor, but manually for example if the scale and layout is set to 125% manually enter 125%.
Click on Apply and then sign out

Note:

Shame it doesn't work on 150% scaling for the apps, as that's the ideal size for me. It's clear on 125% though so I'll have to get used to the smaller size. It's better than blurred apps though.
