How to turn off encryption in Outlook 365

User unable to send attachments that have been protected by Outlook 365 encryption, error unable to open attachments encryption protection. To disable email encryption do the followin,thus:

1. Open Outlook

2. Go to Tools

3. Click on Trust Center

4. E-mail Security

5. Go to Encrypted email

6. Uncheck Encrypt contents and attachments for outgoing messages check box.

7. Click OK.
