Encountered that few of the users were having synching problems with their Android phones , found the following solution which worked, good luck.
1. Check the synching is enabled or on your android by
- Navigate to and open Settings,
- tap your name at the top of the screen, and then tap Samsung Cloud.
- Tap More options (the three vertical dots), and then tap Settings.
- Tap Sync and auto backup settings, and then tap the Sync tab.
- Next, tap the switch next to your desired app or apps to turn auto sync on or off for them.
2. It will be worthwhile adjusting the account synch settings by doing the following
- From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen
- Navigate: Settings. ..
- Tap the. Auto sync data switch. ...
- Tap an account (e.g., Cloud, Email, Google, etc.).
- Tap. Sync account. ...
- Tap the switch for individual items (e.g., Contacts, Calendar, Email, etc.) to turn on or off.
