How to change windows update hours?

Recently few of the users have asked for how to change the automatic updates to a different time slot,below some the instructions given to resolve this.

Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update , then select Change active hours.
Turn on Automatically adjust active hours for this device based on activity.
