Factory Reset Androird

1. Ensure the device is powered off
2. Simultaneously press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until the device vibrates and the Android Recovery screen appears then release all buttons
3. Allow up to 30 seconds for the recovery screen to appear.
4. From the Android Recovery screen, select wipe data/factory reset
5. Use the Volume buttons to cycle through the available options and the Power button to select.

7. Select factory data reset
8. Allow several seconds for the factory data reset to complete
  Select
  Reboot system now
9. Allow several minutes for the reboot process to complete.
