Open shared mailbox via webmail

Shared mailbox are monitor by a number of staff, Shared mailbox appears on the Outlook App automatically those who without the Outlook App can access it via Webmail using the medioth below:

Open up your webmail click on your picture or name initials, click on open another mailbox

when prompt box appears click type in sharedmaibox name i.e. Sensestaff@sensescotland.org.uk

This will give staff access to the shared mailbox
