LearnPro Fix - Error occurred while processing your request...

Recently, few users have been encountering following error during their LearnPro login process. This has been linked with their authentication.

Note:

ICT Team - Technical Note: - Reset MFA for user first.
Users have been skipping this verification step and they must verify during login process.
Please do not skip this step.

Complete Login Steps:

Do not skip the next step, you are presented with three options to choose from, please choose authentication phone as this is the most common and easy to use.

Please make sure your mobile number details are registered, so that verification code can be sent to you to enter.

Send me a code by text message.

Type in the code you have just recieved into the box.

Once verification is successful, please press Finished.
Click on staff Home Webpage and click on eLearning and Development icon.

Click on Visit the eLearning Portal.

You will have access to the LearnPro Community portal webpage.
