Adding a password to an existing account
Open LearnPro, go to Admin tab and search for user
Then select PROFILE
Next, click on CHANGE PASSWORD and add a temporary password that meets the criteria stated.
Dyno Pass (DinoPass - Simple password generator for kids) is a simple password generator that generates secure and easy to remember passwords. Remember to use the STRONG option.
Add the new password to the person’s LearnPro profile – you can keep the notify by email on or remove it. To save, click on CHANGE PASSWORD.
All going well the password will be changed

How to login to LearnPro with a local user account
To log in using a local username and password the user must visit this URL
learnPro Community - Login (learnprouk.com)

Entering their username (Sense Scotland email address) and new password. Clicking LOGIN when ready.
On first login the user will be asked to change their password to something new.
Add your new password and then click NEXT.
They will then be logged in to the system.
Next time they want to log in they will do so with their new password.
This part was really only undertaken to prove the full process works.
