Logging in to learnPro using your personal device

If you are accessing LearnPro from a personal computer or mobile phone that you normally log in to using a personal Microsoft account, you will most likely not be able to log in. This is because LearnPro will be trying to use your personal Microsoft credentials instead of your Sense Scotland ones.

To solve this issue you need to open a Web browser and then open a private browser window. This can be called different things on different browsers, for example:

Microsoft Edge - New InPrivate Window

Google Chrome - New Incognito Window

Next you need to go to the normal LearnPro login page and it will prompt you to enter your Microsoft user credentials as follows:

First you will be asked to enter your Sense Scotland Username:

Followed by your Sense Scotland password:

You should then have access to your account.
