Opening a private browser window

If you are trying to log in to a Website or Office 365 site for another organisation (for example a University such as UWS) using your Sense Scotland computer or mobile phone you might be getting error messages due to your Sense Scotland credentials being used by default.

To solve this issue you need to open a Web browser and then open a private browser window. This can be called different things on different browsers, for example:

Microsoft Edge - New InPrivate Window

Google Chrome - New Incognito Window

You will then be prompted to log in using another username and password and will be able to use your alternate credentials provided by your university or training provider.
