Users may see incorrect channel Files tab contents in Microsoft Teams
To fix this follow these steps:
- Click on the "..." next to your photo in Teams
- Chose SETTINGS
- Then ACOUNTS and finally SIGN OUT
You may then also have to do the following:
- close the first pop up window and then choose sign out again when prompted before finally closing the Teams application itself.
Once signed back in things should be back to normal. If not, please submit a ticket to the Servicedesk.
