Scanned documents not sending: message displays scanner records are full cannot send data contact administrator
This is down to a specific setting within the printer itself and the process for changing this can be seen below.
- Find the IP address of the printer and log in to it
- To find the IP address: go to the the device, select user tools, machine feature settings then system settings. In here go to interface tab then top left there is IPv4 address
- Once on the GUI login as the Admin user - username is admin, password is blank/empty
- Once logged in, go to the left side, Device Management>Configuration>Scanner Settings>General Settings
- In here you are looking for - Print & Delete Scanner Records and set this to Do Not Print - Delete Oldest
This should solve the issue.
