iTrent MSS Blank Screen
If you see a blank screen when logging in to iTrent MSS like the one below
Then the issue is with the stored Microsoft Edge login credentials.
To fix, please follow these steps:
- Open Microsoft Edge
- Click on Settings and More (...)
- Next click on Settings
- Then click on Sign Out
- Next, select the option to "Clear favourites, history, passwords and other browsing data from this device"
- Finally click on Sign Out
