Forgotten your Shared iPad passcode.

If you have forgotten your Shared iPad passcode you need to submit a request to ICT to have this reset. You can do this by logging on to the Servicedesk and raising a new support request.

Request a service > System access > Shared iPad Passcode Reset

Place request

Select if for yourself or someone else and then select CONFIRM
