Adobe Acrobat crashes

Two users having similiar issues with Adobe Acrobat , when opening pdf files or trying to fill in fields within a pdf form the adobe crashes.

No error messages displayed and the user has to go back to double click the pdf file again, anything that was filled in the form is lost, hence consuming more time to do simple tasks.

Solution that worked and no crashes of adobe are as follows:

- Check if all the updates are applied on the lasptop.

- Go to control panel and select adobe Acrobat from list and do a repair of the software application making sure there are no adobe sessions open.

- do a restart and select the same pdf files and check if any crashes happen , hopefully all should be more stable.
