Logging in to learnPro for the first time and setting up MFA

To log in to your Sense Scotland learnPro account for the first time, visit the Sense Scotland learnPro Website (learnPro Community - Homepage).

You will then be presented with the following login screen where you should add your new Sense Scotland email address

You will then be prompted to enter your password.

After your username and password have been accepted you will be prompted to add more information. To proceed, click Next.

Now you can add your preferred authentication methods.

Note - for the following steps you will need your phone or other mobile device with the Microsoft Authenticator app installed.

The following steps can be undertaken solely on a mobile device but it is easier if you have access to both a computer and a phone.

Your preferred method of contact

By default the Microsoft Authenticator app will be offered as your first choice (and this is the method we would recommend you choose), but you can select another method by clicking on the "I want to set up a different method" link
